How to access the system
The administration is accessed via admin.realbridge.se. The mobile app, Device by Realbridge, is available for download in the App Store and on Google Play.

For a smooth and easy onboarding to Realbridge, we recommend the following approach:
- Create users
- Add keys/key sets
- Train your colleagues
- Inform and motivate colleagues to use Realbridge
- Add frequent borrowers (if needed)
- Book a 5‑minute check-in with your Realbridge contact person
How to create a new user
How to create a new user:
- Log in to admin.realbridge.se
- Click the Users tab on the left
- Click Add +
- Enter the user’s information
- Select the system role and permissions for the user
- Done!
How do I create a new key / key set?
Keys and key sets can be created both in the administration and in the app. However, the user performing the action must be an administrator.
In the administration
If you are using the administration, create keys and key sets via Categories → Keys → Items → + Add. In the “Code” field, enter the QR code number that you plan to attach to the key/key set. Then fill in the remaining fields with information about the key/key set.In the app
Using the app, you can create keys and key sets in two ways: Option 1: Scan a QR code that has not yet been registered. Information will be shown indicating that the code is not registered—select + Add. The code field is automatically filled with the QR code data. Then enter the remaining information about the key and tap Submit. Done! Option 2: Go to Lists and tap + in the top-right corner. Please note that when using this method, the app does not know which QR code you intend to attach to the key/key set. You therefore need to enter the QR code details manually, and then fill in the rest of the key/key set information. Done!How can I see which keys have not been returned on time?
In the administration, you can view all loans that have been carried out.
Go to Reports → Key Management to see both active and returned loans. Each column in the report is filterable.
To see which keys have not been returned on time, filter the Status column to Lent out, and in the Return date column select yesterday’s date.
The report will then display all keys that should have been returned no later than yesterday.
Can I print a receipt for a loan?
Yes, you can do this through the reports in the administration. Go to the administration and locate the loan you want to print a receipt for. Click the button to the left of the Item Code column. This will display a history of all events related to that specific loan. Select the event you want to print and then click Download PDF.
Why can’t I log in to the app?
Are pop‑up windows blocked? If so, this may affect the login process. Start by allowing pop‑ups in your device or browser settings. If the issue persists, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. If it still doesn’t work, you’re very welcome to contact our support team—we’ll be happy to help you further!
How can I get QR codes?
Yes, you can print QR codes via our support page to place in your own key fobs. If you would like our assistance in producing and assembling QR codes into keyrings, a small fee per keyring will apply. Please contact us for a quote!
Can I print QR codes for key rings myself?
If you want to print your QR codes yourself, you can easily download our PDF and print QR codes for your keys. Here’s how:
- Click here to download QR codes nr 1-500 or click here for QR codes No. RM1-RM2000
- Cut out each QR code and place it in a transparent key tag (recommended), or attach it to a key tag
- Done!
