    Can key registers be separated between different areas?

    Yes, this can easily be configured in the admin interface. Please feel free to contact our support team if you need help.

    If I lose a key with a QR code, can someone scan it and see where it belongs?

    No, it’s not possible. Each QR code is unique and programmed specifically for your license and system setup, so it cannot be accessed by anyone outside your organization.

    Can I see who has which key, no matter where I am?

    Yes. Realbridge is available on desktop, mobile, and tablet, giving you full visibility into who has which key, wherever you are.

    How do other companies manage their key handling?

    Can I use Realbridge on a tablet?

    Yes. Realbridge is designed to work on both tablets and mobile phones. The administration interface can also be accessed via a phone or tablet, but it is generally easier and more convenient to use it on a larger screen, such as a laptop.

    Can key hand‑outs be signed for?

    Yes. When a key is handed out, the recipient signs digitally on a tablet or mobile phone.

    Is Realbridge complicated to use?

    No, using Realbridge is far from complicated. The app has a clear and user‑friendly interface, so if you’re used to other apps on your phone or tablet, you’ll be comfortable using Realbridge after just a 30‑minute onboarding session with our team. All you need to do is scan a QR code, enter the recipient in the app (on your computer or phone), and have the recipient sign digitally. That’s it!

    What does your customer satisfaction guarantee mean?

    In short: we want happy customers. It’s really that simple! If you’re not satisfied with Realbridge, or if the app doesn’t meet your specific needs, you’re entitled to a full refund after 30 days of use. Our goal is simply to ensure that everyone using Realbridge has a solution that saves time and money in their key and asset management.

    Do I need to change my current way of working or existing routines?

    No. Realbridge is built on standards that work for most businesses and industries. In addition, the system is fully flexible and can be configured and adapted to meet specific needs and workflows.

    How long does it take to get started?

    Getting started with Realbridge only requires a license and a 30‑minute onboarding session. Most customers are up and running within one week, ready to start using the system.

    I spend every Friday afternoon calling people to remind them about keys. Is there another way to handle this?

    Yes. With Realbridge, you can set up automatic reminders or use the clear administration interface to easily see which keys have not been returned.

    Is it complicated to get started with Realbridge?

    No. Most of our customers are up and running within a couple of weeks. If the situation is urgent, it’s often possible to get started even faster. As part of the onboarding process, you’ll also receive a 30‑minute onboarding session with our team, where you’ll learn everything you need to start using the app.

    Do I need to know how many keys we have to get started?

    No, that’s not required. You can add new keys in the app at any time.

    Can I receive SMS reminders if a key or asset is overdue?

    Are QR codes included in the monthly subscription?

    If you’d like our help producing and attaching QR codes to key rings, a small fee per key ring applies. Please contact us for a price quote.
